2020 Fairy Tale Retellings
Fairy tales and myth are present in so many SFF books but in recent years, it feels like more and more twists, retellings, and sequels to well-known tales are being published than ever before. Whether it's Snow White from the evil stepmother's point of view, a look at what happens after Sleeping Beauty wakes up or The Little Mermaid in space...
Format doesn't matter for this challenge, so novels, comics, novellas, and short stories are all ok as long as they are based on fairy tales, mythology, or folklore. It doesn't even have to be a well-known fairy tale, it can be a book that simply has fairy tale elements even if they are completely original.
