How to Sell a Haunted House

The Final Girl Support Group appears to be an outlier for me, a Grady Hendrix book I struggled with and found hard to enjoy. How to Sell a Haunted house felt light to me. Don't get me wrong, this story was dark and violent. None of the main characters come out of this story physically or mentally unscathed. But in spite of that, I found myself giggling at scenes where the puppets attacked people. Then I felt like a very disturbed individual for finding it humorous. And then there was the funeral for the parents.
