Synopsis
The Manti are an exceptional race whose vast knowledge far surpasses that of man. When their planet is destroyed, they travel from planet to planet, manipulating one civilization after another. In exchange for the interference, they bestow a gift to the planet, but to one civilization, the gift has a devastating affect.
