Synopsis
Teenagers struggle to survive a surreal ice age that has wiped out electricity, civilization, and most of the population.
This short story originally appaered in Mythspring: From the Lyrics and Legends of Canada (2006), edited by Julie E. Czerneda and Genevieve Kierans. It can also be found Year's Best SF 12 (2007), edited by David G. Hartwell and Kathryn Cramer. The story is included in the collection Objects of Worship (2009).
