Synopsis
Armed for justice, trained to kill--they are the best of the best. Star Commandos. A military elite, forged in a galactic conflict. War's end marks the beginning of their mission: to protect human colonies from the blood-drenched clutches of post-war scavengers.
The peaceful, self-sufficient people of Tambora of Pele seem an unlikely target for Admiral Van Tarl Sogan's hatred and anger. A turquoise-hued paradise world on the fringes of the universe, Tambora is light years away from other systems ravaged by the great intergalactic War.
But beneath Tambora's beauty lerks a terrible peril. A radical sect secretly arms itslef, designing a deadly strategy for civil war. Far below the planet's oceans, and even mightier force rumbles and threatens to smother all life forms in a firey shower of ash and moltoen rock. Only the Star Commandos can rescue Tambora from certian disaster--but are they too late?
