Synopsis
This Shirley Jackson Award winning short story originally appeared in the anthology Looming Low: Volume I (2017), edited by Sam Cowan and Justin Steele, and was reprinted in Lightspeed, Issue 108, May 2019. It can also be found in the anthology Year's Best Weird Fiction: Volume 5 (2018), edited by Michael Kelly and Robert Shearman. The story is included in the collection The Dissolution of Small Worlds (2018).
