This is just a reminder that we have 3 weeks left in 2019. Many of the Roll-Your-Own Challenges end on December 31st, so you may want to go in and make sure that you've got your challenges updated before the calendar flips over.

And as always, remember that there is no obligation to finish any Challenge, and no one will be checking up on you, keeping score, or looking askance at your progress (or lack thereof). Challenges are personal and purely for fun. So if real life happened to get in the way (as it often does), that's okay, you can try another Challenge in the new year, or you can create your own version of the challenge with a 2-year span, giving you more time to finish the Challenge.

That's because this is a novelette which has never been a finalist for an award or appeared in a Year's Best anthology and it's never been available as a standalone printed work, so it's not something we would include on its own in the database. It's part of the Heinlein collection The Menace from Earth and the anthology Science Fiction for People Who Hate Science Fiction, which are in the database.

Can you add The Horses Know Trilogy by Lynn Mann? They seem to be set in a dystopian future society with telepathic horses. I have just started the first one and I think they would qualify as speculative fiction.
