Made a few additions the last couple days:

Creatures: The Legacy of Frankenstein, ed. David Thomas Moore

Also added these other anthos by Moore since they looked good too:

I've read this one. It doesn't belong since it isn't SF,F, or H. It's like the one piece of contemporary fiction Dick ever wrote. (Which would be long forgotten if Dick's name wasn't on the cover.) I'll not bother with it. Perhaps one of the other uber users will think differently.
