Biography
I am a freelance author based in the Yorkshire East Riding, a region whose very name conjures Tolkienesque images of galloping lancers and rampaging hoards. Despite the sweat and pain of earning a PhD in molecular microbiology, I opted to make stuff up for a living and now write fantasy and science fiction in exchange for a diffuse sense of wellbeing and happiness.
