Biography
Robert Charles Wilson was born in California but was raised further north and east in Toronto, Canada. To this day he lives near this city.
He has recently won a series of awards for his hard SF novels. Many of his works are noted for the sensitive characterizations
of his protagonists and the interesting ideas he pursues.
The novel Spin garnered him a Hugo in 2006. This followed the Campbell award given for the novel Chronoliths in 2002 and the Phillip K. Dick award for Mysterium in 1995. In 1998 his book Darwinia was a Hugo finalist.
