Biography
The husband-and-wife writing team of Debra Doyle and James D. Macdonald has been publishing fiction under their own names and a variety of pseudonyms since 1990. Their "Mageworlds" series of space operas launched in 1992. In 1993, they won the Mythopoeic Fantasy Award for Knight's Wyrd. Their series of tales of Peter Crossman, gun-toting operative for the Knights Templar, began in 1995 with "Stealing God," and includes the stories "Selling the Devil" and "Sleeping Kings" as well as the 2002 novel The Apocalypse Door.
