Biography
Kazuma Kamachi is the pen name for a Japanese author with over 50 light novel volumes published. He is best known for the creation of the A Certain Magical Index series. This series has sold over 14.25 million copies in Japan through 2013. It's now been licensed in North America by Yen Press; the first novel was released in late 2014.
