Death's Master

I spend a lot of time browsing around used book stores, and whenever I come across a book by Tanith Lee I don't already have, I buy it, no questions asked.

This practice has led to quite a stack of Tanith Lee books on my shelf that I've never read. Every once in a while I take one of these down and read it, and I'm reminded of exactly why I still do it.

Death's Master is a weird and wonderful story that rings with truth the way only the most unbelievable myths and legends do.
