The Alloy of Law

This book was a very fun departure from what the first trilogy was. Wayne is one of my favorite characters in any book. The new ways in which Brandon Sanderson's different magic systems interact was awesome, and I love that the wild west somehow found its way into the series. It's obviously not trying to be a bigger book than it is, and I like that. It's refreshing after reading all the other cosmere stories that are all very serious. This wasn't perfect, but only because I wanted more depth. The tone was great and the setting was really fun.
