A really good book that breaks the mold of time travelling. It is not fun, relationships are stressful and people who do this are isolated from the human race. People also abuse the 'gift' and commit attrocities amidst historical turmoil and human history past and far future is adjusted and influenced. What makes this book particularly enjoyable is Mr Andersons efficient writing style. This is not a long book and a hell of a lot happens in a typical 5 page chapter. He does not wax lyrical about the science of how time travel happens and instead focuses on the exploits of one man and how he is impacted by it. Very engaging, entertaining and wonderfully written. Is it just me or do you really feel sorry for Mr Harvig?
