Diamond Dogs, Turquoise Days by Alastair Reynolds

Diamond Dogs and Turquoise Days are two novellas that take place in Reynold's Revelation Space universe. Diamond Dogs is dark done in the sharp and guttural. Turquoise Days is dark done in softness and light. Because they are short, these novellas lack the detail found in the Revelation Space novels, but they are both good. (I'll excuse the glaring mathematical mistake, but the author, being an astrophysicist, should know better!)
