Orbitsville

The idea is fine, but the execution is lacking. The characters are very one dimensional and none of them are interesting. The main protagonist seems to hold his wife in contempt and is incapable of engendering any sympathy in the reader. The main antagonist does have a interesting physical appearance but is cartoonish and not all that threatening.
