Night of the Crabs

Finally got my hands on a copy of this! The best word I can use to describe this book was fun. I just had a really enjoyable time reading it. I think it could have used some polishing, Smith was a very new author when he wrote this and it shows. Sometimes the plot-line wasn't very realistic and the sex was definitely just added for fun. The dialogue was a little bit basic at times. But I still really liked it, it was so action packed and unique. There's some unconventional fighting scenes that really make the book memorable. I was also surprised to be rooting as hard as I was for the main character not to die, I didn't think I would be so connected to him. The book was fun, fast paced, action packed, and had good horror scenes.
